Privacy policy — Hermes on xerver

Updated: October 9, 2026

This personal integration accesses my Google data to carry out tasks I request. Depending on the task, that can include email and attachments, calendar events, contacts, Drive files, and Docs or Sheets content. It can also make changes or send messages when I instruct it to do so, within the permissions I granted. Contacts access is limited to reading.

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in private files on my server. Relevant Google data may be sent to the AI provider configured in Hermes to complete a requested task. Task inputs and results may also be retained in Hermes conversation history and logs on my server. The AI provider’s retention depends on its policies and my account settings.

I do not sell Google data or use it for advertising. This integration is not offered to other users.

I can revoke access through my Google account’s third-party connections settings, and I can delete the integration’s stored credentials and local Hermes history or logs. Revocation stops future access; it does not automatically delete previously retained conversation data. The configured AI provider controls any data it retains under its own policies.
